 We (SpeedyVen) : the company that facilitates the interconnection of services.

Applications or App : Services provided from our mobile applications for Android or Apple.

Services : any service that we provide through the Website or the Applications, which is requested by the user through our SpeedyVen Application or by telephone, email, social networks, or other means of contact

Users:  People who require the available services programmed by a third party requested from SpeedyVen.

Service Provider : People who provide multiple professional services, transportation, deliveries, among others.

Company or Company : Associated company that provides or requires services.
Store : People or companies that provide a service or product (third party), manage the use of the online store, to be requested by users.

 Organizations : Associated organizations that provide other services, by requesting SpeedyVen to perform them.

Data Collection and Use

We collect three categories of information about the user: the information that is provided by you when creating the account, that which we collect automatically through the requested services, and that which we obtain from other external sources for verification and security of users.

Our primary goal in collecting your information is to provide you with an improved experience when using the Services. We use your information to closely monitor which features of the Services are used most, to allow you to view your trip history, rate trips, and determine which features we should focus on improving, including usage patterns and geographic locations to determine where you should offer or focus services, features and/or resources. Location data helps improve our services, including pickups, navigation, and customer service.

Users who have enabled “SPEEDYVEN” to collect location data from their mobile device can also enable the emergency data sharing feature that shares data with emergency police, fire and ambulance services. Such data includes the approximate location at the time the emergency call was made; the make, model, color, and license plate information of the automobile; the name and telephone number of the driver or service provider; search and delivery locations and everything related to respond to the emergency.

Information Provided :

Service provider information, which may include driver's license or permit, vehicle information (type, make, model, year of manufacture, color, vehicle registration, driving license or license plate, vehicle inspection report, photo of the vehicle, identification card details, residence certificate, physical address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, corresponding insurance, letter of employment or recommendation, driving record, payment receipt or bank reference and other documents that may be required by applicable regulations. Where permitted or required by law, we may carry out identity verification and/or background checks. This may require the collection and processing of information such as your photograph, data identification document, and criminal record. This information may be processed by providers on our behalf, among others.

App User: We collect the data generated when the user creates or updates their account on SpeedyVen, such as: names and surnames, email, phone number, username, address, profile photo, payment details, registration documents. identification (identity card), driver's license, medical certificate, RIF, vehicle registration, among others. We may use photos submitted by users, service providers, companies, stores and organizations to verify their identities, using technologies such as facial recognition or verification agency. User-generated content that you choose to upload through the Services, such as comments, ratings and reviews about other Users

Identity verification: For everyone's safety, we collect data to verify criminal records, previous jobs, history of professional services, among others.

Demographic Data: We may collect demographic information about users and service providers to ensure a better experience when using the services.

 Automatically Collected Information :

Location or Location: We collect data about the location of Users and Service Providers, to allow requests for services, customer assistance, security, emergencies, fraud detection, legal requirements, among others. In the case of service providers, device permissions must be granted to the entire device “always” as requirements and usage regulations, when the Application runs in the foreground, it will remain active as well when the Application runs in the background , as long as you have active requests. Otherwise, this may affect the availability of the Application's functions.

Transactions and Requests: We collect information about transactions related to the use of our Services, including type of services requested, details of the request, delivery information, referral code, payment methods, date and time the service was performed, amount debited, route and distance traveled, among others.

Usage data: We collect information about how users interact with our app when requesting services, such as the date and time of access, app functions, possible app failures and other system activities, third-party services used.

Third-party services: We may collect information about Users if you choose to use a third-party communication application, such as WhatsApp, social networks, Google login service or Facebook, for identity verification.

Other Users or third parties: On many occasions, Users or other people may provide us with information about a specific user, including through User support, reviews made, complaints or disputes granted.

It is necessary that you periodically access your account and update your profile information when any data changes or update your profile photo if necessary.

Always share your information about your current location to receive the service, you can prevent your device from sharing this location information through your device's system settings, however, this will directly impact our ability to offer you the available services.

Periodically you will receive notifications through the app, these notifications are necessary to maintain live communication with our users and service providers, you may choose not to receive notifications through your device settings, but you must keep in mind that deactivating the Receiving notifications may directly impact the use of the application, preventing you from receiving notifications from the services at the time of your request.

We store your information

Whenever we process your information to provide you with a service, we retain this information for as long as you have an account with us. We may retain User information after account termination due to legal requirements.
If you violate SpeedyVen's terms of use or rules, we may retain your information for as long as necessary to investigate and resolve the violation. We also retain information in order to respond to any legal claims in connection with the Services.
